TERM OF SERVICES
- I, the artist, retain all the intellectual property rights to all of my artworks, including: reproduction, distribution, control over derivative works, public performance and moral rights such as distribution,
- I retain the display rights, meaning I'm allowed to promote the artworks on all platforms, use it as a sample, and show the process of making the artworks on any websites or platforms, unless previously agreed otherwise.
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission without obligation of justification.
I hold the copyright to my artworks only, the copyright of the characters involved remain intact to the respective owners.
- You CANNOT alter/modify my artworks under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You are allowed to post the commission publicly anywhere with my signature, watermark or the correct citation to me, the artist, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You CANNOT claim my artworks as your own.
- You CANNOT copy or trace my artworks under any circumstances.
- You CANNOT use my artwork for any Artificial intelligence or AI related activity under any circumstances.
- You CANNOT use my artwork for any NFT ( Non Fungible Token ) related activity under any circumstances.

- This is the starting price and may increase depending on the complexity and added elements in the drawing.
- For now, I only accept payments through Kofi. (This payment methods will automatically exchange your currency so don't worry if you don't use USD.)
-For malaysian can use any online banking for payment
- 50% upfront is expected after confirming the rough sketch. The sketch will only be continued after I receive the payment. After another 50% payment after the drawing is finish
- Additional character(s) will be 100% of the price.
- I also have ych base which only cost $30
-after 3 sketch changes I'll charge +$3 every changes
- Types of COMMERCIALcommission will have different price, please contact me via email for further information.
How to commission me:
1. You can either order a commission straight from my Ko-Fi page, or DMing me first on Instagram for more detail.
2. Once I confirm, I will ask you to send me references and I will start on your rough sketch.
3. Payment will be made on my Ko-Fi Commission page after finalizing the sketch.
4. I will ask for your email and send the finished drawing through it. Drawing size will be discussed prior.
5. Process will range from a week to two week depending on the queue and personal circumstances.

- By commissioning me, you agree to have read and agreed to my terms and conditions.
- I retain all rights over my work
- Please allow at least a week to a3 week of completion. Delay may arise due to personal reasons (school, work, family issues, health issues). If delays arise, you will be notified.
- Artwork will be in my style/aesthetic. Please keep my style in mind when ordering, as I cannot change it.
- Please give proper credit when reposting on social media.
- Final artwork cannot be refunded.
- No refund if the client decided to cancel their commission.
- I have the right to cancel or refuse a commission at any time. Commission that has been canceled by the artist will be fully refunded.
- I do not authorise using any of my work as NFT, or to feed any AI generator.Please don't hesitate to personally ask me
